Paypal is a secure online payment method. You can register online at www.paypal.com
CHEQUE
To pay by cheque or postal order please contact me by email with details of painting/s you wish to purchase.Please make cheques payable to S.A.Shelton (please note that artwork will not be despatched until payment has cleared)
When making payment please remember to supply a contact phone number which is required by the shipping company to ensure the smooth and trouble free delivery of your purchase
Once payment is received you will receive an email notification.
PAINTING VARIATIONS
Digital photographs cannot ever fully demonstrate the high quality of these pieces. Some of the colours and tones may differ slightly depending on your monitor settings.
I have included additional images of the paintings in a room setting for demonstration purposes,this allows you some idea as to how they may look in your home. Sizes in these demonstrations may not be exactly to scale but I do strive to display as accurate a representation as possible. Please see measurements for exact size.
DELIVERY/SHIPPING
Deliveries are Mon - Fri only.
Paintings are always packaged with extreme care using several layers of packing materials and strong purpose made cardboard cartons.
On arrival, please take a few moments to check your parcel. If damage is evident, you do not have to accept the package and it will be returned. In the unlikely event of damage during transit, please retain all the original packaging (as this is required for a successful claim) and notify me immediately via the contact form.

UK
Paintings are dispatched by a reputable courier service within 5 days of cleared funds. Delivery charges are included in the price when buyer lives in the UK
INTERNATIONAL
Please email me via the contact form for a quote regarding international postage charges via the contact form before making any payment
Products are dispatched by a reputable international courier service which usually takes up to 7 business days. This service is fully insured. Once payment is received you will receive an email notification. Paintings are prepared for delivery on the next working day & dispatched the next available International collection day. (unless stated otherwise in the email). Each work is insured during transit.
On occasions, parcels can be delayed in customs.
Late delivery will not constitute a breach of contract.
RETURNS Your right to cancel - Faulty or damaged goods:
Each work of art is painted to a high, professional standard and you can be assured that you are buying a quality piece of work, if for any reason you are dissappointed and would like to return a piece I will happily offer a refund for returns within 14 days in their original condition and packaging. On receipt of the painting/s you will be refunded the original purchase price of the painting/s, minus any shipping fees paid (International buyers). Please notify me in writing by email or letter in the first instance.
These terms do not affect consumers' statutory rights.
