PAYMENT
If you wish to purchase one of my paintings I accept payment via PayPal

PAYPAL
Paypal is a secure online payment method using your credit or debit card, you don't need an account with them as long as you have an email address.
Paypal has a very high level of security, customer privacy and protection, all transactions are performed over maximum security SSL encryption and your card/bank details are not stored or made available to us in any way.

When making payment please remember to supply a contact phone number which is required by the shipping company to ensure the smooth and trouble free delivery of your purchase

Once payment is received you will receive an email notification.


PAYMENTS FOR COMMISSIONS

Payments for commissions can be made using the above methods.
I do require a non-refundable 25% deposit of the full agreed price to secure the commitment between us both, this is payable when booking any commissions and before work starts on the painting/s. Photographs of the finished painting/s will be sent by email for final approval. The remaining balance is due immediately on satisfied completion.

Please note: Paintings (including commissioned pieces) will be delivered after full payment has been recieved and funds have cleared.

PAINTING VARIATIONS

Digital photographs cannot ever fully demonstrate the high quality of these pieces. Some of the colours and tones may differ slightly depending on your monitor settings.

I have included additional images of the paintings in a room setting for demonstration purposes,this allows you some idea as to how they may look in your home. Sizes in these demonstrations may not be exactly to scale but I do strive to display as accurate a representation as possible. Please see measurements for exact size.

RETURNS Your right to cancel/Faulty or damaged goods:

Each work of art is painted to a high, professional standard and you can be assured that you are buying a quality piece of work, if for any reason you are dissappointed and would like to return a piece I will happily offer a refund for returns within 14 days in their original condition and packaging. On receipt of the painting/s you will be refunded the original purchase price of the painting/s, In the case of International buyers refunds offered will be minus any shipping fees unless the painting is faulty or damaged in which case a full refund will be offered after inspection of fault/damage and conclusion of liabilty. Please notify me in writing by email or letter in the first instance.
These terms do not affect consumers' statutory rights.

Please Note: Returns are NOT accepted on commissioned or custom artwork as these are created specifically to order
